Welcome to this crazy world Julian!!

So today was finally the day and I am proud to announce the birth of Julian Cannon Newbill Norris! He was born at 1:16 p.m. and he weighed in at 9lbs and .06 ounces! He and Momma are doing beautifully. He is calm and sweet and has the chubbiest cheeks. I think his cheeks are 8lbs alone!!

I am so proud of my sister and Greg. Becky did a great job getting Julian here! I will try to post more pictures as I get them and have access to the internet!
