The trials and tribulations of house buying

Well I really can't believe it is almost here especially considering the week we have had but we are supposed to be closing on our house on Friday at 11:00am. So everyone please keep your fingers crossed that it happens!! Overall, this process has been great. The sellers are awesome and I think we have made some friends out of this. The only hiccups that we have run into have been the appraisal reports, who knew they could turn into such a headache. But it seems to have worked its way out and we are on the path to home ownership.

So just as a reminder here is an image of our soon to be house!! I finally getting excited!
