Would you buy this house...
Ok, Robert and I have been going back and forth on whether we should buy the house we are living in. There are some factors that are keeping us from just jumping on it like price and some items that need to be redone, namely the kitchen. Eventually within the next few years it is going to need a new roof and windows. Overall the house is in good shape but I have been playing with the floor plan and I made some changes, like reworking the kitchen, converting the garage into the family/dining area. So looking at the quick floor plan below... would you buy this house? You can click on the picture to enlarge it...

I think you should buy the house so you can live down the street from me!!!
The house has almost no relavence to wether or not you should buy it. You are a designer... you can make it anything you want... the question is the location and price. Do you want to live in that area enough to pay that much?
Personally though... I think the house has too many walls!
