We have submitted a verbal offer to the owner of the house. She seems pleased with what we offered and she is currently writing up the contract so we can all go over it with our lawyers and agree upon it. Once the contract offer is signed I am going to start the process of getting inspections lined up and setting a closing date.
Greg and I are very scared and nervous but then we think about how cool it is going to be to own our own house and the nerves subside a little. Plus we are getting very excited about figuring out how we are going to set up the house once we move in. Tess is in the process of putting the house measurements in CAD. After those are in we are going to begin the process of redoing the kitchen on paper. I am so excited about redoing the kitchen and dining room. I think we have come up with a really good idea for it, so I can't wait to see it on paper.
In a few days I will post a pic of the layout of the house so everyone can get a good idea on what it looks like. And for reading this post tonight I am going to post another picture of the house. It is a pic of the back of the house, the deck and the garage apt.
